DETOXIFICATION DIET TO LOOSE WEIGHT?

The following is the detoxification diet which not only helps in flushing your toxins, but also help you to reduce weight.

Starting from Morning session:---

  1. Two glass of lukewarm water after waking up.

  1.  In breakfast-  Have a cup of herb tea like ginger tea, green tea, lemon grass tea ,chamomile tea. 
Have fruits ,but not high calorie one like banana, custard apple, mangoes, Sapodilla (chikoo). 
Instead have sweet-lime,watermelon,muskmelon,apple,4-5 strawberries, pineapple.

    1. In Lunch- Have 2 cups of cooked veggies in one tsp of olive oil and raw salad or sprouted salads.

    1. Mid lunch-one glass of any kind of fresh juice or soup like-

    ü      Carrot juice
    ü      Cucumber juice
    ü      Spinach soup
    ü      Tomato juice or soup
    ü      Dudhi (bottle gourd) juice


    5.  In Evening- Have a cup of herbal tea

    6.      Dinner-dinner has to be before 7 pm-you can have any amount of steamed veggies and raw salads

    7.      Through out the day you can have any amount of buttermilk, lemon juice or coconut water.

    Buttermilk ,Lemon Juice , coconut water this types of liquid water intake keeps your body cool from inside.

    Please Note:---
    This diet should not be followed for more than a week at a stretch. One may experience dizziness, irritability, headaches  while doing this program-so it is advisable to plan before executing it. some people who are working or office going better plan your routine accordingly or consult your local physician before getting into this program. One require adequate rest during this program like a small nap in the afternoon.
