DETOXIFICATION DIET TO LOOSE WEIGHT?

The following is the detoxification diet which not only helps in flushing your toxins, but also help you to reduce weight.

Starting from Morning session:---

  1. Two glass of lukewarm water after waking up.

  1.  In breakfast-  Have a cup of herb tea like ginger tea, green tea, lemon grass tea ,chamomile tea. 
Have fruits ,but not high calorie one like banana, custard apple, mangoes, Sapodilla (chikoo). 
Instead have sweet-lime,watermelon,muskmelon,apple,4-5 strawberries, pineapple.

    1. In Lunch- Have 2 cups of cooked veggies in one tsp of olive oil and raw salad or sprouted salads.

    1. Mid lunch-one glass of any kind of fresh juice or soup like-

    ü      Carrot juice
    ü      Cucumber juice
    ü      Spinach soup
    ü      Tomato juice or soup
    ü      Dudhi (bottle gourd) juice


    5.  In Evening- Have a cup of herbal tea

    6.      Dinner-dinner has to be before 7 pm-you can have any amount of steamed veggies and raw salads

    7.      Through out the day you can have any amount of buttermilk, lemon juice or coconut water.

    Buttermilk ,Lemon Juice , coconut water this types of liquid water intake keeps your body cool from inside.

    Please Note:---
    This diet should not be followed for more than a week at a stretch. One may experience dizziness, irritability, headaches  while doing this program-so it is advisable to plan before executing it. some people who are working or office going better plan your routine accordingly or consult your local physician before getting into this program. One require adequate rest during this program like a small nap in the afternoon.


    DETOXIFICATION TO TREAT OBESITY?


    Detoxification is one of a very good method to treat obesity. Detoxification means cleaning toxins from the body. 
    Toxins are produced in the body due to following reasons:-----

    ü      Unhealthy eating patterns
    ü      Eating in large quantity of refined foods like All purpose floor (maida), refined sugar, polished rice, fried foods, red meat, alcohol, canned fruits and food.
    ü      Irregular sleeping patterns
    ü      No or incorrect form of exercise.

    Most of the toxins we produce are stored in the fatty tissues of our body, that is why when a person starts gaining weight  the level of toxins in the body rises, therefore toxicity is linked with obesity , so if we want to lose weight we need to decrease the level of toxins in our body—this is what the detoxification method help you to do. 

    For example:--- If a person who normally intake between 2000-4000 calories daily, when switches to raw veggies, fruits, salads, juices and lots of water,he will definitely lose weight.

    Detoxification method helps in reducing the fats in the blood, so the blood thins down and promotes a better absorption and transportation of oxygen and nutrients. 
    It also improves mental alertness, decrease overall toxins and gives you a positive attitude towards life ,it also helps in overall improvement in health.


    While doing this program please make sure that you are doing everything in moderation.
    Moderation means performing the task with a limit and not overdoing it.


    For example : ---during this program some people fast more then required and exercise excessively, they lose weight but this quick and improper way of loosing  weight causes a vitamin and mineral deficiencies.This types of quick ways of loosing weight makes you sick and feel tired through out your day.That is why what ever you do make sure you do it in moderation, don’t overdo or over exerts yourself.
