How to lose fat.
The answer is very simple.
There are few basic rules.If you make your aim and follow this rules,you can lose fat and get fit.
  • Don't eat junk foods.
  • Sleep on time.
  • Don't take stress.
  • Avoid drinking soft drinks.
  • Do regular exercise.
  • Eat good Eat healthy.
  • Eat on Time.
  • Avoid eating Irregularly.
  • Don't eat too much.
  • Don't take steroids.

This are very simple rules,which you have to follow.
Actually everyone knows about this rules.But you try to ignore it.Don't ignore this rules.
Never try to lose wight in one day,by doing lots of exercise.You will never lose weight.
Just note this simple question
" How long it took to gain weight?"
It took years to gain weight.How lazy you were.How much soft-drinks you were drinking.How much junk food you were eating. Skipping your regular exercise.That late night parties.That birthday parties.That get-together.That farewell party.
Ignore all this.
Follow simple procedures.It will definitely take time,but you will lose weight.
